Wedding Planning Help
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns for US orders placed on our website within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund with the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged with all tags attached
- A copy of the original invoice must be enclosed
- Final sale items cannot be returned for a refund (items end in $.97)
- Shapewear cannot be returned
Continental US Returns are FREE using our return shipping label when you postmark the return package to us no later than 7 days after delivery.
If you would like to use our return label for your return and the return package is postmarked more than 7 days after the delivery date, we will deduct $6.95 from your refund. We do not offer return labels for International orders.
Orders shipped outside of the US are eligible for return 45 days after delivery with the same conditions above.
Non-Final Sale items received back after the return period will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit if they are unworn, undamaged and have all tags attached.
Is customer service able to assist me?
Yes! We are available by phone at 1-800-325-9450 on Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM ET. You can also chat with us during these periods on the site. You can contact us at any time via email at CustomerService@AdriannaPapell.com.
Will my shipment be delayed?
Your order will arrive on-time based on the current status of our fulfillment center. We are not currently experiencing any delays with order fulfilment. If such delays do occur in the future, we will be sure to update you to ensure you have the latest up-to-date information on your delivery date.
I have an order shipping to an area impacted by government restrictions. What do I do?
If your order is shipping to one of these locations, our carriers will hold your order at one of their facilities until they receive the go ahead to deliver your items.
Can I cancel an order due to COVID-19?
Can I delay a shipment?
Once an order is placed, we do not currently have the ability to delay the shipment date.
