Shipping

We offer free Economy Ground shipping for all orders.  Standard Ground is free for orders over $149.  We offer expedited shipping services at an additional charge. These shipping options are only available to US customers.  Want to ship internationally?  

Pending order verification and credit approval, expedited shipping orders must be received by 1:00 PM EST in order to ship the business same day; all orders should ship within 24 hours. Orders placed with Economy or Standard Ground shipping will ship within 48 business hours. 

Returns

Adrianna Papell will gladly accept returns for items purchased on the www.AdriannaPapell.com website within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund with a copy of the original invoice except for final sale and shapewear items. These items may not be returned for a refund. The return deadline will be determined using the tracking details of the order. Need a return label? You can access it here by logging into your account or entering in your order number, the email address used to place the order, and your billing zip code. Please note, when using the Adrianna Papell label, a label fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. This label is only available for U.S. customers.  When making a return, please ensure to include the invoice in the package and retain tracking details of your label. International customers may return within 45 days if ordered via BorderFree. We do not offer return labels to our International Customers.
