How do I create an account?

To create an account on desktop, select sign in at the top right of your screen and select “Create an Account Now.” To create an account on mobile, open the menu at the top left of your screen. Select Sign In at the top left and scroll to the bottom of the page that opens to select “Create an Account Now.”

 

How do I change my login or account information?

You can update your account information at any time. To view or change your existing account information or password, please sign in to your account using your current e-mail address and password.

 

What if I forget my password?

Click the "Forgot Password" link below the sign-in box, and your password will be emailed to the email address assigned to your account.

What are your shipping options and rates?

Below are the options we offer on the US website. For International Rates, please visit our international site. Please allow additional delivery time to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/AFO addresses, and U.S. Territories as there may be delays. Please note, Economy ships via SmartPost—a program in which FedEx delivers to your local post office and then USPS delivers the package to your shipping address. 

If ordering Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell, your dress will ship approximately 4 weeks after your order has been placed as it is a special-order item. Please allow additional time for shipping when placing your order ahead of your special event. Any item in your order that is not a Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell style will ship immediately.

When will my order ship?

Adrianna Papell orders usually ship within 24 hours if placed on a weekday. If placed on a weekend, the order will ship on the next weekday. All orders placed with overnight and next day shipping will be shipped on the same day the order is place if placed on a weekday by 1 PM ET. If placed after 1 PM or on a weekend, the order will ship out on the next weekday. 

If ordering Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell, your dress will ship approximately 4 weeks after your order has been placed as it is a special-order item. Please allow additional time for shipping when placing your order ahead of your special event. If ordering multiple styles, any item in your order that is not a Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell style will ship immediately.

Please note: If your credit card requires manual approval or any errors are encountered with the entered billing and/or shipping addresses, this may delay shipment beyond the 24-hour period. To prevent this, please double check your information as you enter it at checkout and ensure you provide accurate contact information while placing your order so our team can reach out to you. 


Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

Once the order is placed, your order cannot be canceled or modified. 

 

Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

Yes. To place an international order, please visit our international site and select your country and currency. All orders are shipped via BorderFree and will be governed by BorderFree's shipping policies. Please note, all sizes listed on the international site will remain in the U.S. measurements. 

 

Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders to these addresses cannot be expedited and may only be shipped Economy Ground.

 

How do I track my order?

After you check out, an e-mail containing the order confirmation number will be sent to the e-mail address you used to complete your purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number that will update you on the status of your shipment. This information can also be found in your account if you created one. If you do not have an account, you may access it by selecting Order Status at the top right of our desktop website or by selecting Order Status at the bottom of the menu on our mobile site.

 

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can ship to another address besides your own if shipping within the United States. Please note, in some cases we may have to contact you to verify the shipping address and this may delay your shipment. When completing check out, please provide an accurate phone number and email address so we can reach you to verify these details.

We do not ship to freight forwarders. Any order placed using a freight forwarder will not be completed. To ship internationally, please shop our international website here.


Will I receive my order in multiple shipments?

Depending on the number of styles ordered, your order may come in multiple boxes. You will only be charged for shipping once. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number. 

Footwear and handbags will ship from a different location than our garments. If your order contains footwear and/or handbags, it will ship separately from the rest of the order. You will only be charged for shipping once. Each shipment will have its own tracking number and can be tracked on the Order Status page under the same order number. 


 

Payment

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards issued in the United States, as well as Paypal. If shopping internationally, visit our international website to ship internationally and use a form of payment issued outside of the United States.

 

Is it secure to enter my credit card information online?

Yes, Adrianna Papell offers secure checkout that uses the latest encryption technology. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy. 

 

When will I be charged for my order?

If ordering Adrianna Papell merchandise, your credit card will be charged the day the merchandise ships, however, a hold will be placed on the funds by your bank at the time of order. Should your order be cancelled for any reason, you will be alerted and the hold will be released in a few days in line with your bank’s policies. If ordering with Paypal, your funds will be removed from your account at the time you place your order.

When ordering a Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell style, your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order. If purchasing an Adrianna Papell style at the same time, you will be charged for all items in your cart at time of checkout.

 

Do you charge sales tax on any item?

We do charge sale tax for those in states where this tax applies. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. 

 

Do you provide price adjustments?

If the style you ordered is now on sale on our site, we will adjust the price of your purchase within 5 days of checkout. There will be no exceptions after 5 days of purchase. Please note, we do not price match other websites who carry our styles and we will not offer price adjustments for Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell styles or clearance/final sale items. To be eligible for a price adjustment, the exact style you ordered must be on sale—we will not adjust the pricing if a different colorway or silhouette goes on sale. To arrange a price adjustment, please contact our customer service team.

 

Do you offer promo/coupon codes?

We do offer 15% off your first order to customers who join our email list. Please note, our promo and coupon codes cannot be applied to Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell styles or items on sale or clearance. These codes are not combinable with any other offer. Returns

What is AdriannaPapell.com's Return Policy?

Adrianna Papell will gladly accept returns for Adrianna Papell items (see below for Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell return policy) purchased from our website within 30 days of delivery date for US customers (45 days for international customers) if the item is unworn, undamaged, and has all tags attached. Final sale items such as shapewear, swatches, or items ending in .97 are not eligible to be returned. 

Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell returns must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. International returns via Borderfree will be accepted for a refund if postmarked within 21 days of delivery.

 

What is Final Sale?

Final sale items are products reduced in price in our clearance or flash sale sections. Shapewear and swatches are also final sale. These items cannot be returned. You can identify these items on the site as they will say FINAL SALE on the product page and listing price will end in “.97.”

 

How do I return my order?

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery (45 for international customers) that is included in our return policy. Continental US customers may access their FedEx return label here by logging into their account or entering in the order information. Please note, when using our label, a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. Continental US customers may also return to us via their preferred trackable method to the address listed below.

Customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territory are not eligible for these return labels and may make returns via any trackable method to the address below.

To make a return from our international website, please email customerservice@adriannapapell.com with your order information so we may authorize your return. After authorization, you may return your order via any trackable shipping method at your own expense to:

Please note, we are unable to refund or reimburse any return shipping expenses.

 

How long does it take to get my refund?

You can expect your refund to process within approximately 72 Week hours of your merchandise arriving in our warehouse. It may take up to 2 weeks for return shipment to arrive at our warehouse. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from Adrianna Papell.  

 

What should I do if I received the incorrect item?

If you received the incorrect item, we will gladly replace or take back that item for a full refund at our expense. To return the item for a refund, please indicate that the wrong item was shipped on while requesting your label here and send it back for a full refund. If you would like us to exchange it for the correct item, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-325-9450 on Monday - Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM ET or email CustomerService@AdriannaPapell.com

 

What will it cost me to make a return?

If returning using our label, a fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund. If returning to us using your own trackable method, your return is free. Please note, we are unable to refund or reimburse any return shipping expenses.


Can I make an exchange?

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return your order in line with our return policy and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

Do your styles run true to size?

Adrianna Papell’s garments run true to the Adrianna Papell Size Guide. If you are unsure about sizing, please check your measurements against our size guide here. We also offer Fit Predictor on most product pages to help you find your best fit based on brands you have shopped from. Find this tool on the product page above the sizing section. If unsure of your size or if you fit between 2 sizes in Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell styles, we recommend ordering one size up to accommodate alterations.

Do you offer swatches?

We do offer a select collection of swatches for our best selling Adrianna Papell styles. Swatches for Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell are not currently available but are coming soon.

 

Do you offer additional fabric, sequins, and/or beading, so that I can have my dress altered?

We do offer select fabric, sequins, and beading from our Adrianna Papell line for your alteration needs. We are unable to guarantee all requests and cannot provide this service for our Weddington Way by Adrianna Papell collection. The first yard of fabric cost $34.97 and each additional yard is $14.97.  To request fabric, beading and/or sequins, please contact our customer service team at customerservices@adriannapapell.com. If you are a US customer, you may also call 1-800-325-9450, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM ET. Due to different dye lots, color variations may occur. Please call at least 10 weeks in advance of your event to leave time for shipment and alterations. 

 

Where can I shop the Adrianna Papell Platinum collections?

The Adrianna Papell Platinum wedding dress and bridesmaid collections are custom-order and offered exclusively at bridal salons and boutiques worldwide. These gowns are not available to order from our website. To find your nearest location, please contact CustomerService@AdriannaPapell.com.

 

How do I care for my Adrianna Papell by Sorelli jewelry?

Some tips to make sure your jewelry lasts for generations:
· Do not throw or drop jewelry onto hard surfaces.
· Avoid direct contact with sprays or extreme temperatures.
· Remove your jewelry while showering, swimming or exercising.
· Do not place directly in water for an extended period of time.
· Never use chemical cleaners or polishes.
· Clean and polish with a soft, dry cloth.
· Store jewelry flat to prevent bending or scratched crystals.

 

How do I repair my Adrianna Papell by Sorelli jewelry?

Sorrelli jewelry is handcrafted so there will be slight variations from piece to piece. These do not reflect product flaws, but instead, make each piece unique. Should your jewelry become damaged due to defects in workmanship, the item will be repaired and if needed, replaced. Any instances of natural wear and tear will be billed accordingly. By treating your Sorrelli with the utmost care, you will be able to enjoy our jewelry for many years to come. Please note, we will repair any item with our original brass tag. How do I carry the Adrianna Papell collection in my store?

We do not own unlimited use of our photography, so we cannot authorize usage for any reason. For PR or press requests, please contact PR@AdriannaPapell.com
